May car meet - 22//5/21

After a long 8 months since we were able to meet as a bigger group, we organised our first get together of 2021 at the Bird in Hand, Hayle. The weather in the run up to the evening had been awful and a few of the Devon Hot Rod boys had come down to camp and attend. 333Luckily the Saturday the sun shone for us and during the day we took them out for lunch at the Engine Inn, Cripplease. Later that evening we cruised to Hayle early to grab a meal indoors. Whilst sitting inside we could hear the rumble of V8's and big blocks arriving around 6pm. Everyone was keen to get out after such a long time, what a great turnout, Nick of the Bird was thrilled that so many had made the effort and the sun shone all evening. As it started getting dusk we decided to have a quick run through St Ives, it was a great end to a good evening. Our next get together is Saturday 19th June from 6pm until 8ish. See you there.
